When a pipe lets go or a drain backs up, you don't need a sales pitch, you need a licensed technician at your door with the right parts on the truck. That's what we run in Tad every single day.
Behind Street Wise - Plumbing is a crew of journeyman and master plumbers who've worked on everything from century-old cast iron to brand-new PEX systems. We're insured for the job, licensed in WV, and we stand behind every repair with a written warranty.
We've trained our team to diagnose the actual cause, not just patch the symptom. A slow drain in a Tad kitchen is rarely just the trap — it's often venting, slope, or a buildup problem further down the line, and we check all of it.
Our trucks are stocked before they leave the yard each morning, not after a customer calls — common valves, wax rings, supply lines, and fittings ride along so a Tad technician isn't making a parts-store run mid-repair.
A surprising number of the emergency calls we take in Tad started as something small three or four days earlier. Here's what tends to escalate fast.
When water's actively coming out somewhere it shouldn't, minutes matter more than money. Our on-call technicians in Tad are dispatched with the parts and equipment to handle burst pipes, failed water heaters, and overflowing fixtures on the first trip.
Faucet replacements, garbage disposal swaps, toilet installs, and whole-house re-pipes — our residential division works on the full range of what a Tad home needs, not just the easy jobs.
Restaurants, offices, and retail spaces in Tad, WV can't afford extended downtime over a plumbing issue. Our commercial team is equipped for grease trap service, backflow testing, and multi-fixture repairs on a schedule that respects your operating hours.
Slow drains, recurring clogs, and sewer backups get diagnosed with real equipment — camera inspection and hydro-jetting — not guesswork. We'll show you exactly what's happening in the line before recommending a repair.
Whether it's a pilot light that won't stay lit or a full tank-to-tankless conversion, our technicians are certified on both gas and electric systems common in Tad, WV homes.
Rather than opening walls on a hunch, our technicians run listening equipment across the suspected line first, marking the leak within a foot or two before any cutting begins.
We replace failing shutoff valves and supply lines as part of fixture work rather than reconnecting new fixtures to old, brittle hardware that's likely to fail next.
You'll talk to an actual dispatcher in Tad, WV who asks a few quick questions to understand the problem and your address.
We route the closest qualified technician in Tad, and you'll get a realistic arrival window instead of a vague "sometime today."
Before a wrench touches anything, you'll get a written, upfront price for the repair — no surprise line items after the fact.
Once the fix is complete and tested, you get a written warranty — if something related fails, we come back and make it right.
We quote the job, not the hour, so a repair that takes longer than expected doesn't cost you more.
Our routing keeps trucks distributed across Tad, WV so we can usually get to you same-day.
We're happy to have every technician show ID and license on arrival; it's a standard we hold ourselves to, not a special request.
If a repair we performed fails under normal use within the warranty period, we return and fix it at no charge.
